Returns and Shipping Policy

Refunds/Return Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we can not offer refunds/returns for our products. All sales are final. For sanitary purposes, once a product leaves our supervision and has been removed from the original packaging, it cannot be resold. Handmade soaps are artisan products, and no two bars will ever be identical. Variations in color and design are to be expected when ordering our products, and we make no guarantee that the product you order will look exactly as they are pictured. 

 

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by emailing katie@kcessentials.com within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged product. You must send photos of the damages to be eligible for a replacement of the product.

 

Shipping and Handling 

As we are a small business, we work as hard as we can to ship orders quickly. Our processing times are currently 2-3 business days, though this subject to change and not guaranteed. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. In addition, we reserve the right the cancel any unshipped order.
